Aeroflot launches 2018 summer schedule with six new flights from Moscow to Cairo, Burgas, Naples, Verona, Kyzylorda and Saransk

Russian flag-carrier Aeroflot will launch the new summer schedule starting 25th of March 2018. During the new summer schedule which will last until late October we will see the launch of six new flights from Moscow, including Burgas, Naples, Verona, Kyzylorda, Saransk.

Flights from Moscow to Cairo restarted

Flights to Cairo from Moscow will also be relaunched starting April. Flights are scheduled three times per week on Airbus A320 aircraft. From 12 June to 2 July this will increase to daily flights to respond to high demand.

Flights between Moscow and Cairo will operate on the following schedules (all times local):

Flight SU 400 will depart weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, departing Moscow at 20:50 and arriving in Cairo at 00:25.

Flight SU 401 will depart weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, departing Cairo at 01:25 and arriving in Moscow at 06:50.

Burgas will see a double daily service. Also high demand for other seasonal routes

Burgas is a very popular Bulgarian resort at the Black Sea, and the Russian carrier will also have two daily flights from Moscow.
The airline will also increase the frequency of flights to international resorts: Antalya (from seven to 21 flights per week), Athens (from 14 to 21 flights per week), and Barcelona (from 23 to 29 flights per week).

Presence in the Italian market will be also boosted. From 1st of July, Aeroflot will open two new routes: Moscow-Verona and Moscow-Naples. Flights on each of these routes will operate daily on aircraft of the A320 family. In addition, the new season will see an increase in the number of flights between Moscow and Bologna (from 14 to 21 flights per week).

Also other frequencies increases: Athens, Bucharest, Budapest, and Madrid being highlighted

Compared to the winter 2017/2018 season, Aeroflot will fly more frequently from Moscow to capital cities across Europe: Athens (from 14 to 21 flights per week), Budapest (from 21 to 28 flights per week), Bucharest (from seven to 14 flights per week), Vilnius (from 14 to 21 flights per week), Madrid (from 14 to 21 flights per week), Prague (from 35 to 42 flights per week), and Tallinn (from 14 to 21 flights per week).
