Hainan Airlines develops schedules new flights to Vancouver, Dublin and Tel-Aviv from Shenzhen

Hainan Airlines furthermore develops its hub at Shenzhen Airport with the addition of new long-haul flights across the globe. The first new flight to be launched will be the service to Vancouver (Canada) in January, while flights to Dublin (Ireland) and Tel Aviv (Israel) will follow soon, in February 2019.

The new flight between Shenzhen and Vancouver (Canada) will be the first between Shenzen (China) and Canada. It will start on January 28 and will be operated with a double weekly service, on Mondays and Fridays.

Flights to Dublin will start on 25th February and will also be operated on a double-weekly service on Mondays and Fridays. Flights will depart from Shenzhen at local time 01:30 and will arrive in Dublin at local 07:00. Return flights are scheduled from Dublin (Ireland) at 09:00 with the scheduled arrival in Shenzen at 05:30, the following day.

A new flight will be introduced also to Tel Aviv from February 22, 2019. However, this flight is rather a change in service, since previously the Chinese airline operated flights to Tel Aviv from Guangzhou.
Also this flight will be operated on Mondays and Fridays, with the approximately same schedule as the flight to Dublin. Departure from Shenzhen is scheduled at local time 01:35, with arrival at Tel Aviv at local time 07:35.

Return flights from Tel Aviv to Shenzen are departing the Israelian airport at 12:10, with arrival the following day at local time 05:00 in Shenzen.

All the flights from Shenzen to Vancouver, Dublin and Tel Aviv will be operated with Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft. Hainan Airlines utilizes these aircraft in a two-class configuration, with 288 seats, 30 in business class and 258 standard economy class seats.

Hainan Airlines just recently announced also flights to Paris Charles de Gaulle from Shenzen.

Shenzhen it’s a major city in China with more than 12,5 million inhabitants in it’s city boundaries and more than 20 million in the neighboring region. Shenzen it’s considered a leading global technology hub, oftern said the Silicon Valley of China.

The city hosts major multinational companies such as Tencent, ZTE, Huawei and also has a presence from Apple. The port it’s one of the busiest container ports in the world.
