IndiGo will launch direct flights between Delhi and Istanbul from March 2019

IndiGo, one of the largest Indian low-cost carriers, announced today that they will introduce starting March 20, 2019 a daily service to Istanbul, Turkey.

The new flights were already anticipated after IndiGo and Turkish Airlines announced last month a codeshare agreement.

Flights will be operated with Airbus A321neo aircraft and the duration of the journey between Istanbul and Delhi will be around 6 hours.

Tickets are already on sale on IndiGo’s website.

 

The schedule until 31st of March will be the following:

6E11 Delhi (DEL) 13:40 – 18:10 Istanbul (IST)
6E12 Istanbul (IST) 19:45 – 04:15(+1) Delhi (DEL)

After 31st March there will be a slight change in departure time from Delhi, flight being moved at 14:00, local time.
