Royal Air Maroc receives first Boeing 737 MAX

Morocco’s flag carrier it’s continuing its modernization of the fleet with the delivery of their first Boeing 737 MAX. RAM received this month also their first 787-9 Dreamliner.

Royal Air Maroc plans to deploy its 737 MAX 8 on routes from Casablanca to Accra (Ghana), Lagos (Nigeria), LondonHeathrow (England), Bologna (Italy) and Paris (Orly and CDG).

The North-African carrier will receive three more 737 MAX and three more 787-9 over the next months. RAM has already in its fleet 5 Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft.

Royal Air Maroc will join Oneworld airline alliance in 2020 and already has strategic codeshare partnerships with airlines such as Qatar Airways and Iberia. RAM transported in 2017 a total of 7.3 million passengers.
