Turkish Airlines adds flights to Mexico City and Cancun starting August 2019

Star Alliance member Turkish Airlines opened reservation for it’s planned service from Istanbul to Mexico City and Cancun.

Flights will be operated on an Istanbul – Mexico City – Cancun – Istanbul route starting August 21, 2019.

Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners will serve the route three times a week, with departures from Istanbul on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at local time 20:55.
Entire flight it’s a night flight, with arrival planned in Mexico City at local time 04:40.

Flight time for the 7100 miles route from Istanbul to Mexico City Airport will be about 15 hours. From Mexico City the flight will continue after a one hour and 20 minutes stop to Cancun.

Returns from Cancun are scheduled directly to Istanbul, the 6500 miles distance having a planned flight time of around 13 hours.
